Brian and Gloria – we can have absolutely NO TOLERANCE for the OUTRAGEOUS BEHAVIOR of anyone who callously tosses helpless puppies from a truck and leaves them to die. PLEASE PRESS ON with the animal cruelty complaint and use my donation to help feed and care for all the dogs and puppies at the APA El Refugio shelter!
