Could you foster a dog until they find their forever home?

  • April 5, 2017

Network for Animals has recently begun looking for homes for some of the dogs we work with around the world. You might have seen us call out for homes for dogs like Pandelis and Olympia, two of thousands of dogs in difficult situations who deserve our love.

As well as helping dogs find their forever homes, we are also looking for individuals and families to start fostering dogs. You might be able to look after one of our dogs for a little while, or help give a dog a home temporarily, but not forever.

Foster families help us to feel confident that we can rehome dogs from different countries, knowing that there are lots of options for a dog. Fostering also helps us to get to know dogs so we can make the best decisions about where they might best fit. It allows us to take our time rehoming dogs, rather than rushing the process and risking a dog being unhappy with their forever family.

We’d love to hear from you if this something you might feel you could help us with. Please get in touch with us here if you’d like to know more in the UK, or here in the Netherlands.

Who knows, you might even make a friend for life!

Thank you!
