Your donations make such a difference at Network for Animals! Today, we want to tell you about three once-sad animal friends that you are helping during lockdown.

Starting with Wilma…

If ever there was a “Most Transformed” award for abused, abandoned animals, Wilma would win. If you’d like to help sponsor her ongoing care, we’d be so grateful.

She escaped her awful past on a night of drenching rain in the Philippines!

This was poor Wilma just after her rescue…

When Wilma was rescued, there were only painful scabs where her fur should be. You could feel every ridge on her backbone. And every time her skin was touched, she gave the saddest cries.

It took weeks of continuous and costly treatment – the same kind you’d give your own beloved animal friends. It was that very care that saved her.

But right now, our staff are in lockdown. Food and medicine are difficult to come by. It is difficult to obtain veterinary care. There is no end in sight.

If you’re able to donate and help provide for some of Wilma’s ongoing food and care during lockdown, it would be like a miracle.

You’ll also help with the care of two other friends, Carla and Rico. Support like yours for NFA literally saved these sweet dogs from a slow and bloody slaughter.

Every day they never fail to show us their happiness, excitement, and love in foster care at the home of the director of our Philippines campaigns. They LOVE to give hugs and would surely give you one for helping to make their rescue possible.
