Giving Tuesday won’t be here until November 29th.

But each year, this day of generosity sits right next to Thanksgiving, so at NFA, the month of November is dedicated to thanking YOU, a forever friend to animals and steadfast NFA supporter.

Without your trust and generosity, we simply could not SAVE LIVES and rescue the cruelly abused and forsaken animals that we do. Please, will you continue to support our life-saving work for animals, today?

…. starting with how emergency donations like yours saved
more than 100 terrified dogs from a RAGING INFERNO at a TRAGIC FOSTER FACILITY FIRE near a deadly dog slaughter neighborhood in South Korea...

It was an absolutely horrific crisis no animal lover EVER wants to face.

The heroes of Jindo Love Rescue had pulled more than FOUR DOZEN terrified survivors from the hulking, smoldering wreckage of their foster facility that was once a beacon of love and safety near a deadly dog slaughterhouse neighborhood.

Seventy dogs had escaped as the flames climbed higher, again in deadly peril of becoming the easy prey and grim profit of dog butchers, in a fire whose cause understandably still remains highly suspicious and under investigation.

SIXTEEN dogs had already perished in the flames.

Rescuers - the same dedicated foster facility team that had given their hearts to save and shelter the dogs from the horrific world of the dog meat trade - wept over the bodies of the sweet beings who didn’t survive.

Then they wiped away their tears to save the living and your love never left their sides. Never faltered. Never turned away from the suffering or the pain.

The continuing medical care of the burn survivors - and the rebuilding of
the Jindo Love foster facility - are STILL priorities in our fight to end the dog meat trade!

And your love and support are still needed today, whatever you choose to donate.

But know this. In the hours, days, and weeks after the fire, at NFA we fielded countless calls, messages and emails expressing such concern for the fire survivors.

YOU helped keep Jindo Love afloat. YOU donated whatever you could. YOU kept the animals and their rescuers in your thoughts and prayers.

The Jindo Love foster facility still has a long way to go before they are back in full operation.

The cost of temporary boarding alone is over $8,500 (£7,530) a month, not to mention ongoing burn and medical care, and nutritious food for the survivors. If you could possibly help today with a donation of any size, we’d be forever grateful.

The great news though, is that adoptions have begun again... and all the dogs there are counting their blessings for you, who helped pull them from the ashes and make them whole.

Giving Tuesday may still be a few weeks away… but your giving heart is a legend here at NFA today, and at all our tireless partner organizations like the amazing team at Jindo Love, in 17 countries around the world.

But watching each dog get the necessary medical treatment and slowly move to being on the mend gives us band-aids for our broken hearts. THANK YOU for your support!
