From building shelters to helping in natural disasters and active war zones – together, we achieved so much for the animals in 2025.

Rebuilding the Nairobi Feline Sanctuary – Kenya
When the sanctuary faced sudden eviction, more than 600 rescued cats were at risk. We moved and rebuilt the entire sanctuary from the ground up, and today, the cats are safe and happy in their new home – all because of you.
Establishing the first-ever donkey sanctuary in Geita – Tanzania
Together with our partner, LAZAWO, you helped build the region’s first dedicated donkey sanctuary. Now, 2,800 overworked donkeys finally have a place to rest, recover and receive the care they desperately deserve.
Airlifting animals to safety from the Middle-Eastern war zone – West Bank
You helped evacuate 12 rescued dogs and cats from our partner shelter, AEA in the West Bank, to loving forever homes in the United States and Germany. After surviving the horrors of war, they can now live in peace.
Responding to disasters – Worldwide
From deadly flooding in Texas to destructive storms in Jamaica and the Philippines, you helped us rush emergency aid – rescuing, feeding, treating and sheltering hundreds of animals in their darkest hour.
As we look back on everything we achieved for animals this year, we must also look ahead and prepare for the animals who will need us in the first days – even the first hours – of 2026.
