This festive season, more than 500 rescued cats at the Nairobi Feline Sanctuary (NFS) in Kenya are waiting with hopeful little hearts for a kind soul like you to give them the simple gift of a meal.
Earlier this year, compassionate supporters like you helped NFS survive a sudden eviction. Your donations made it possible to relocate and rebuild the entire sanctuary from the ground up on a beautiful new property – saving the only loving home these cats have ever known.
Today, those very same cats are counting on your kindness once again.

In the past, the festive season saw a rise in giving, letting NFS breathe a little easier knowing its cats will not go hungry.
But this year is different.
Food supplies are diminishing and NFS has turned to us for help.
Without families of their own, the cats are relying on people like you– a community of cat-lovers who would do anything to help them. Your support will be nothing short of a holiday miracle for these cats, and we know in our hearts that you will not let them go hungry.
Every cat at NFS has been saved from the most heartbreaking conditions. From tiny kittens born into suffering on the streets to elderly, disabled cats who spent their lives fighting for survival – all of them have finally found safety.
We must ensure their sanctuary remains a place of refuge where the food bowls are ALWAYS full.

It costs NFS just $2,560 (around £1,920) a month to feed all 512 cats in its care – an impressively low cost only made possible because the team occasionally cooks for the cats and sells produce grown on its organic farm to reduce costs
