300 street dogs have found refuge at the Zarcovica Animal Shelter in Dubrovnik, after the former mayor tried to close the shelter and sent the dogs to be killed.
The dogs do not have proper homes and they are baked by the sun in summer, then frozen, wet and miserable in the winter.
Network for Animals is fighting to have Dubrovnik build a modern, municipal shelter, and now, renowned actor Goran Višnjić who found fame in the hit dramas ER and Timeless has made a public appeal to our supporters.
