It took mere seconds for last week’s massive explosion in Beirut, Lebanon, to leave behind a scene of death and total destruction.

The blast was so massive it was felt as far away as Cyprus (150 miles, or 240 kilometers). It packed 1/10th the power of the bomb dropped on Hiroshima. Buildings were leveled as far as two miles (3.2 kilometers) away.

The poor dogs and cats who survived the blast have been thrust into a waking nightmare. Many are wandering, dazed, with GRAVE injuries. Starving. They are crying out for help!

PLEASE donate whatever you can now to rush emergency aid to Beirut’s traumatized animals immediately!

Your urgent donation will help rush lifesaving support to the stricken animals of Beirut until volunteers can mobilize their rescue. The destruction after last week’s massive explosion is unprecedented outside of war: dogs and cats there can’t survive on their own!

We don’t yet know how many dogs and cats have survived, been displaced, and are stray or separated from their human companions.

What we do know is that the numbers of terrified animals are potentially now in the thousands, possibly many times more.

The scene is total devastation. Shattered glass and rubble are stories high. If nothing is done, suffering animals will soon starve or succumb to injuries.

We couldn’t wait – the lives of dogs and cats are on the line, and we know you’d want us to act instantly. So, we did!

We scraped together as much as we could and have wired funds in advance of raising the money. Volunteers are now fanning out to provide food and water for the dazed animal survivors picking through mountains of rubble for scraps! But they need more resources, and fast!

Please give as generously as you can now so we can do everything in our power to provide food and water for Beirut’s suffering animals left homeless and alone after the explosion. There is no one else!

You were there for the animals after the Taal Volcano erupted in the Philippines. There in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey. There through the deadly Australian bush fires. And you’ve been there as we have helped animals around the globe (and will continue to do so) during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Countless animals are alive today because of you!
