There’s an elephant in my swimming pool!

What do you do when a herd of elephants wants to share your swimming pool? Keep as still as possible and – if your heart doesn’t stop – enjoy an incredible encounter with the largest land animals on the planet!

This was the experience of a pair of tourists who were filmed relaxing at a swimming pool in South Africa, in the company of some rather large friends.

VIDEO: The elephants used their trunks to take sips from the swimming pool as the tourists kept to their sunbeds, not moving a muscle!
